Return & Refund Policy

At LaNorsa Soap Co, every bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention. Because our products are handmade personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us maintain the quality and safety of every product we create.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact us immediately at lanorsasoapcollc@yahoo.com if you need to cancel your order. After this window, orders may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Lost Packages

We carefully package every order before it leaves our hands. Once your package is with the carrier, tracking updates are beyond our control.

If your tracking shows no scans or movement for 7 days after the last update, your package may be considered lost. Please reach out to us at lanorsasoapcollc@yahoo.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at lanorsasoapcollc@yahoo.com with a photo, and we will review your case individually.
