Thank you for your order! Here's what to expect after you purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are handpacked with care and typically processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping

We ship all orders within the contiguous United States via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size. We currently do not offer international shipping.

• Standard Shipping (Flat Rate: $7.00) — estimated 2-5 business days in transit

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement or scans for 7 or more days, please contact us at lanorsasoapcollc@yahoo.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
